How to Apply for a GA Insurance

1. Identify Your Need:
   GA meets the needs of clients either existing or applying for covers for the first time and will respond to completed proposal forms, submitted details or requests for such insurances. If not sure the cover required kindly send an email indicating the need you have or that you need help and a GA customer service staff will be on hand to assist through the web by email or personal visit.
   
   
2. Access GA web
   GA web has been designed to make it easy for all clients making contact to have covers issued, premium paid and evidence of the policy sent immediately.
   
   
3. Review The Listing Of The Various Covers
   The GA web has a made it by listing all the policies on offer. GA has the competence, expertise, resources, experience and ability to tailor make any policy or solution to meet needs as presented by our clients.
   
   
4. Complete The Proposal Form or Submit the Necessary Details
   Once you are sure of the policy or insurance type that you need kindly submit the specific details of your risk by doing either of the following:
   a) Download the PDF proposal form complete sign and forward to GA on email or hard copy
   b) Complete the proposal form online and forward to GA for consideration
   c) Submit a request for contact by our customer service team
   
   
5. Submit The Details
   Once the details are submitted a response will be sent within twenty four (24) hours of submission with further advices on the next step as regards the placement of cover. Your submission of request of cover is subject to:
   a) A response by GA acknowledging receipt of the request.
   b) Confirming the suitability of cover
   c) Advising the appropriate level of premiumCovers issued by GA are subject to:
   d) Payment of premium as insurance covers in Kenya is subject to cash and carry.
   
   
6. Risk Visit

There are occasions when details submitted online are not sufficient for full assessment of the risk. In this instance a response will be sent online requesting for a physical visit or meet for further evaluation of the risk.
