This should be the initial step towards your insurance claim process in Kenya. Ensure that you have a police report regarding the incident which triggered your claim. Whether it’s a road accident, a burglary/theft, or loss of property, a police report is what you must have before you initiate your insurance claim in Kenya in addition to the official filling of your insurer’s claim form.
Remember to take some scene photos and also collect information that might help support and substantiate your insurance claim in Kenya.
